Working Group on Images
This working group was set up by the Board in April 2007 and met until January 2008. Its objective was to deal comprehensively with the transfer and description of graphical material, the management of image files in with scopeArchiv, online presentation and the provision of high-quality image data for use.
Assignment
• To devise metadata sets for the description of image material
• To describe model processes for the transfer and description of image material with scopeArchiv including storage and management of image data
• To formulate the requirements for presenting image material in Query
