Working Group on Film and Audio Documents
The Working Group on Film and Audio Documents met from June 2009 to January 2010. Its task was to work on the archival description of film and audio material and the integration of film and audio files in scopeArchiv, and to examine the issues of their storage and management, as well as presentation of these documents in Query. For the purpose of this assignment, film material was defined exclusively as moving images, as the Working Group on Images was already dealing with photographs.

• To devise a metadata set to index film and audio material
• To formulate requirements for the integration of film and audio files in scopeArchiv and their presentation in Query
• To make recommendations on the storage and management of film and audio files
