Board
The Board of the scopeArchiv User Group is elected by the Annual General Meeting for one year and comprises at least three and no more than seven members. As the manufacturer, scope solutions ag has one representative on the Board. The Board represents the association in its dealings with third parties and carries out the association business, in particular setting and implementing the annual goals and strategic programme, appointing working groups, organises exchange of experiences and the General Meeting, and decides on accepting new members. In addition, it makes the association website available as a forum for information and exchange. Normally, the Board meets four to five times annually.
